When it comes time for me to focus, someone always comes around.
When it comes a time where my guard is all the way up, someone comes to try and break it down.
Only to seek a broken heart ready to be found.
When it comes a time where my heart wants to cry out, Its funny cause that broken heart that wants to be found never makes a sound.
I feel as if any male will come and any male will go. They play with my feelings ha they're only making their random runs. But when will my broken heart truly be found making true love sounds, while lying flat upon this same ground with the same male figures making their same rounds. Imagine that, just imagine that, now my face is filled with nothing but crying cracks. Trying to cover up these awful facts.
Shay, I love your posts, they always make me smile. I just posted something on facebook about how guys always go for the low hanging fruit and I'm waiting for one brave enough to climb to the top of the tree.Thank you for your comments on my blog, I don't usually talk politics but I do feel that we are all Americans. ReplyDeleteI do not know if it was intentional or not, but this those make for a good poem. You were just stating the facts of life in that everything that goes up must sooner or later come down. It is funny that when you want something then nothing happen, but when you want nothing then something happen. I will soon fall in the same situation you have just presented to me but with a girl I hope.
